Incentives that Work Revisted

Rc I love it when someone picks up on a post you wrote months ago and revives the conversation. Thanks to Connie Smith for chiming in on the conversation about incentives that work:

"One of my favorites creates a buzz about the incentive because of the way that they deliver it: by remote controlled car with a balloon attached. You wouldn't believe the chatter that would occur as the car went whizzing down the aisles of the contact center, it was great!"

I love it! I can imagine the smiles on the CSRs when that little RC hot-rod reward came buzzing through the cubicles.
