QAQnA Sets "The Record" Straight
I was surprised yesterday morning when I found out my mug was on the cover of the Des Moines Business Record. The local business weekly called me last week after picking up on my experience with The Geek Squad. They discuss it in the feature article on businesses who are paying attention to customers via feeds and blogs. Central Iowa Blogging All-Stars Mike Sansone and Drew McLellan were also featured in the article. A special thanks to both Mike and Drew for expanding the conversation in Fun City (a.k.a. Des Moines).

Congrats Tom!

Tom,
A great story and nice exposure for your business. Hopefully one of these days, all of this will be so mainstream people won't even find it remarkable!

Tom,
A great article. Was thrilled to see you on the cover and to read the story. I have shared the "Geek Squad" story with many. Keep on doing what you're doing. The impact is more measurable than you might think!
