Coffee Time Links 6/5/07
The "Coffee Time Links" Mantra:
Fifteen minutes.
One cup o' joe.
Five great links.
- Jodi Rudick offers Little Red's Words of Customer Service Wisdom - and they're winners!
- Ellen Weber challenged me with Five Reasons Your Brain Should Unwire for the Weekend.
- Easton Ellsworth also had a challenging post, helping us understand when blogging is a waste of time.
- On the opposite end of the debate, Mike Sansone makes a case for how blogging increases economic development.
- The Perfect Customer Experience shares John Todor's story of an AT&T Wireless rep who offered service (and then moved effortlessly into an upsell!). Great example for trainers!

Hi Tom, Thanks for the link and the list of great ideas to read here! I was thinking of you when I threw up a few ideas about Rotary growth and ideas started flying from everywhere -- even our district governor. Rotary certain is still alive -- as I found out:-) From one Rotarian to another friend!
