Oh, I think I might steal that last one for Customer Service Links of the week for Spoken! Good proof that customer service isn't just a nice extra; it actually affects buying decisions.

I know that I just switched grocery delivery services because of two bad customer service experiences that could easily have been remedied and restored my confidence in the company. Instead, I got generic emails not addressing my issue and oozing insincerity. So, off to AmazonFresh I went.
